    Recommendations for a gaming laptop

Hi all. I'm looking at laptops for a friend, she would like something that will perform well at work, games, listening to music etc. Games will probably need the highest performance. The games that she would probably play would be RPG types such as Guild Wars, and maybe some FPS's like quake 4 but its not too important that games perform at highest settings. Thing is i'm not up on laptops as i personally prefer pc's. I had a look round last night and the best that i could see were from wwwrockdirect.com . Budget wise i think she has around £800-1500 which i know is quite vague.

Anyway hopefully someone can help me.

    Thanks

    Andy

rock direct is probably ur best bet. Unless u prefer DELL..

Some of the product line in DELL is pretty impressive, I just find DELL's bloatware and OEM settings bloated XP-Pro SP2 that comes with its systems ****ty..

There's always XPS if u have enuf cash..
