Price Check on corsair ram - 1gb dual channel pc4400 cl2.5 (TCCD)

Im thinking of going to 2gb and want to know what this set is worth. Due to my cpu limitations i have actually been running the ram underclocked.

There are 2 512mb paired sticks. They are rated at 2.5-4-4-8 @ 550mhz @2.75v.
They are very fast and dont need high voltages, not sure what tight timings they can muster, i might test that later for the sake of AMD users.

What do you think they would sell for on eBay or on the forum? Thanks

Edit: Done some quick testing. On my system i managed:

2.0 2 2 5 @ 430mhz

They top out at about 600mhz on loose timings (though cas 2.5 works as well as cas 3)

Any rough figures? I know they are about £150 new, though i think thats a bit steep.
