    Anyone heard of this company?

I've ordered a Buffalo NAS drive from www.transparentcommunications.com - they have 92 good reviews on kelkoo, so I thought I'd try them. Has anyone else used them before? They seem to stock a pretty good range of network kit.

I have never heard of them, one tip I normally follow is to get the trading address, I cannot see one on the website. This link suggests a PO box address and there are about 20 ratings for them. http://www.pricegrabber.co.uk/info_r...991/m=669633//

I am personally suspicious of PO address for a trading address.

It a bit strange there is number to call, personally I'd send them a email and get them to call you before placing an order. It might be it just a small company than does not want to give poor customer service i.e. engaged tone/phone ringing forever.
