Which A3 printer?

My dad needs a decent A3 printer for printing out his photos, illustrations and other graphics work. Printers aern't really my field, so I was hoping someone here might be able to help...

He has a budget of about £200-250.

the canon ip series would be my first look, we have one at school and its good.

Another vote for the canon series of printers, had A3 Epson, although good was painfully slow.

Check out canon's ebay shop, all come with 1 year warranty

I have Epson 2100. great quality but as mentioned it is slightly slow. On the plus side it also prints on Cds and DVDs

i read in micromart a while back saying that the current canon A3 was going to be replaced
with a newer version soon how soon is soon i dont know.
