PSU for 24/7 Server

Can anyone recommend a PSU for a pc/server that will be on 24/7?

It will be in the same office as the people working, so quietness is the most important factor.

It will need to power a 775 3Ghz, 1GB, two 160GB Raid 1, two DVD-RWs

Max spend ideally £40-£50 ex vat

Seasonic are awesome. Very quiet and solid. 500w should be ample.

a 320W Tagen would have run that rig fine.

as its for a server I'd possibly have erred towards one of the redundant PSU's ie two of them that fit in the same sized enclosure as a single psu )

if 24/7 uptime is important , then you'll have to budget for psus that can be hotswapped.

unfortunately there isnt a budget for a redundant psu, but the server is plugged into a UPS which is better then nothing. But I do agree wth what you are saying.
