    SN25P PSU or PCI-E problem!?

    Problem:

For a few months now, I have been getting crap fps in bf2 - 20~40 range. With medium settings, no AA, and no shadows, low lighting.

Thinking it was some sort of problem with my system, I reformatted and tried again, same problem. Then I reformatted, and changed from Omega drivers to the Catalyst. Same problem.

Then, thinking it was my gfx card (X850 XT), I tried a Leadtek 7800GTX Extreme, (after a reformat), and still have the same problem!

According to the PSU (normal shuttle one), there should be 17 A on both 12v rails. According to speedfan, one rail has only 11.5A, the other has nothing - 0.00 - PSU problem perhaps?

I've run out of ideas..... only that it therefore must be something to do with the PCI-E slot or something? - I have absolutely *no* idea what else I can do! - And any ideas would be appreciated!

    Specs:

    AMD64 3800+
2gb (2x 1gb Dual Channel) of Corsair XMS Pro
    Shuttle SN25P BIOS Y
    WD 36gb Raptor (Windows, games)
Seagate Barracuda 250gb SATA NCQ (storage)
    Windows XP Pro SP2
