    Motherboard- Epox?

RAM- Socket 939 ONLY supports DDR ram, not DDR2.

Most PSU's are compatible with Dual Core, in your condition I would reccomend a FSP BLUESTORM PSU for £55.

    Thanks.

any recent 400w+ psu will be fine, corsair twin xms 2x1gb ram is nice at £150 but for £90 you can get 2x1gb corsair value select which is fine if you're not overclocking.
