The dvd writer on my advent 7074 laptop has given up the ghost(it does appear as a drive but will not read anything, despite cleaning and anything else I try).
Want to replace it but have some questions:
1. Are all laptop drives the same physical size?
2. Can you recommend one?
3. How do you change one?
