internal usb extension from pin headers

Ok my motherboard has a 10pin usb header for attaching to case front and my case has two usb ports on front with cable attached inside, the problem is the cable doesn't reach the header, is there a cable available on the market to extend the reach or am I stuck?

They are available on the net, but I can't remember where.

Instead I would make up a new leads. Parts and the cabling available for most electronics stores.
