An8 Fatal1y vs DFI Lanparty Expert

I'm planning on getting a new motherboard. I'd get the ASUS a8n32 but im not going to be runing quad sli anytime soon. I heard good things on the DFI overclcoking as i am planning on overclocking a opteron 146. im not to sure on how the Fatal1tys overclocking but im sure the μGuru Panel is there for a reason which btw is a very atractive factor. Also i heard some stuff about the DFI killing CPUs.

    AN8s overclock very well.

Tbh they are both using the same chipset & should peform within a hair's breadth of each other. Both need a solid PSU & decent RAM.
You will find people for & against both.

Well, the AN8 Ultra does if your CPU is up to it.
If you have a poor CPU no mobo can make up for it.
