    Possible motherboard problem

Recently ive been having problems with my motherboard (Abit Fatality SLI) / memory (2x 1gb Corsair PC3200), when the mobos bios is reset it wont boot windows and crashes, found this was down to the memory volts at 2.6, upped to 2.8 and all worked fine, now I cant get it to boot properly when I adjust the memory voltage, So I have to have the memory volts set to 2.6v and the memory at 333mhz for stability.
Not the ideal situation as you can guess.
Any ideas? this has happened a few times in the past but now it seems to be a perminant problem

Running dual channel? Eg socket 1 and 3, or 2 and 4. The colours of the socket will be the same for the dual channels.
How old is the RAM? Did this start happening straight after you got the RAM or a while after.

Needs new monitor / speakers / headphones / keyboard.
Before that i need money :s
