Can anyone explain why the -12 and -5 rail's are so low? (well so high cause its a negative figure).

I think it could well be MBM reporting it wrong, I get that with my 8RDA3+, the reading i get for my +3.3v is actualy the ram voltage.
If the rig is stable i wouldnt worry about it.
