    PCI-E Card advice

Currently got a Radeon 9800Pro 128mb in an Asrock939Dual. Most games play alright but some are just agony, especially with AA enabled, sooo I've decided to make good use of the PCI-E port available on this motherboard. Unfortunately my knowledge of Graphics Cards (as well as the constantly evolving market ¬_¬) is very limited so I'm looking for guidance on what PCI-E card I should invest in? Prefereably something thats going to last a while .....Something round £180 would be my absolute max, so if you guys know of any cheap OEM online retailers I'd be most grateful if you could share that to!

    Thanks!

Well how about a Geforce 6800gs??? Good cards, SM3.0 146 ish from lowest on the web OEM
    http://www.lowestonweb.com/products/...82E5C4BF8&td=1

150 ish for GTO2 that will unlock and overclock to scary levels and are still very good at stock thats for a reatail version
    http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/s...tml?SAP-X8GTO2

Some of these are not bad o/c ers either if memory serves 135
Sapphire ATI Radeon X800GTO 256MB DDR3, PCI-E, DVI, TV Out, Retail

Thats just a very quick skim off a few places so maybe u can find bang for buck but any of them would do oK, especially the top 2

If you wait a few weeks, 7800GTs should be down at £180 or so soon. Just a thought

Check Scan.co.uk's "today only" offers every day, they often have them on there. ScanFX is their OEM version, but you can sometimes be lucky and get a full retail pack for OEM price

If you can wait then get a 7800, might be a while though.

Otherwise the others are good suggestions - a 6800gs is around 140, a 6800gt can be got for about 150 on a good day, and the x800gto2 is good. I've also seen the odd x850xt around 150 as well.
