Make sure that the CPU fan connector is connected, also make sure that the GFX card is installed properly.

Yup Cpu fan is connected and Gfx is installed but im using an old PCI gfx for time being, would that make a difference? i thought Cpu fan would still work without gfx...just want to make sure system is running fine before i start install dvd, hdd's ect

If your getting to post without beeps and fans something doesn't sound right, the PCI GFX might be the prob but I can't see why, try switching the memory in and out to see if a stick is faulty, then, if possible, try a different CPU.

I would try putting the new gfx card in if you've got one. Make sure you've got all the power bits plugged in - check for extra sockets like a second 4 pin one for the motherboard as well as the main 20/24pin. If using legacy keyboard and mouse make sure they're plugged into the correct ones. If using PATA hard drive(s) make sure they are cabled correctly and have the correct jumper settings. Check the battery hasn't come loose from the motherboard, check you've earthed the motherboard to the chasis ok.
