All Intel CPU's are Quad Pumped. QDR i believe the acronmyn is. which is 133 * 4 = 533FSB.

The memory is in sync with the CPU which is running at 133, so will be running at 133FSB but it will be running DDR memory therefore will be running at 266 or PC 2100.

Its because you appear to be using the Pentium 4 B chip which runs at the lower FSB speed.

Doesn't appear to be anything wrong.

DDR 400 is 200mhz doubled. and should be used with the Pentium 4C and above style of chip which will be called 800mhz FSB (again Quad data pumped 200*4

    Hope this helps
