I recently obtained a Shuttle XPC SK43G, but unfortunately it is missing the shroud/fan for the ICE. i.e. I have the heat sink, but not the fan and that funky box that the fan is encased in.

It is easy to buy a used fan, but I am not sure where I can get the correct sized shroud. Any recommendations?

OK I did some more research, and it turns out Shuttle will sell me the shroud for $10 + $12-15 shipping. Only an average price, but there don't appear to be many other options.

i have the same one. Sorry, but I've never seen the "shroud" thing anywhere. Hope you get one though!
