    Ultimate Dell 2405W Owners/Advice Thread

    Guys and girls

After 6 months of consideration I finally ordered the aforementioned monitor from the nice chaps at SCAN. It arrived Thursday I'm still smiling!!
Nothing perepared me for WoW at 1920 x 1200 and to be honest thats about as far as I have got yet ! (Plus a bit of HL2 and web surfing - 2 windows side by side )

But anyways the reason for starting this thread is so other people like me and you existing owners can come to this thread and have their questions answered, lets post photos, discuss issues, compare frame rates on different games, I have drawn from reviews and forum posts from far and wide and had some good advice from some fellow Hexus members - Guys lets show prospective owners what they are missing out on and help covert the world to widescreen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me If you are like me you'll Never wanna go back.........

Thanks guys for your replies, I apologise if I was suggesting that anyone need repeat themselves, I just want to create a work in progress thread that is easily found in a search helping people make the big decision to go from CRT/4:3 TFT to this fantastic Widescreen beauty, so come on all 2405fpw owners post your thoughts and photos - i'm working out how to post photo's myself as I speak

Be nice to get some feedback and screens of XBOX 360 here as well !!!!

    I love mine:

But I use it at work, not as a gaming moniter.

At home I use a 21" Trinitron, b/c I like the ultra fast response times of a CRT.
