overclocking asrock dual sata 2 help
Am a total noob to overclocking so need a hand from somebody with this board (not interested in benchmarks only games performance). Have looked at the OCWorkbench for some tips, but get confused with some of the technotalk.
Anyway rig is
Asrock dual sata 2
Opteron 146 (stock air cooling)
2 x 512 Geil value CAS 2.5 6-3-3 @ DDR400 PC3200 (wont run dual channel, or 1T)
AGP ATI 9800 pro
Right my bios currently reads as below, any ideas what I can tweak?? Have come to the conclusion that I haven't really got much idea what I'm doing :O_o1: Most confusing thing for a complete noob is people referring to something when its called something totally different in the bios. Helllllpp pretty please.
