overclocking asrock dual sata 2 help

Am a total noob to overclocking so need a hand from somebody with this board (not interested in benchmarks only games performance). Have looked at the OCWorkbench for some tips, but get confused with some of the technotalk.

    Anyway rig is
    Asrock dual sata 2
    Opteron 146 (stock air cooling)
    2 x 512 Geil value CAS 2.5 6-3-3 @ DDR400 PC3200 (wont run dual channel, or 1T)
    AGP ATI 9800 pro

Right my bios currently reads as below, any ideas what I can tweak?? Have come to the conclusion that I haven't really got much idea what I'm doing Most confusing thing for a complete noob is people referring to something when its called something totally different in the bios. Helllllpp pretty please.

    Settings are
    Overclock Mode [CPU, PCIE, Async.].
    CPU Frequency (MHz) 250
    PCIE Frequency (MHz) 100
    Boot Failure Guard Enable.
    Spread Spectrum Enable
    Cool ā€˜nā€™ Quiet Disabled
    Processor Maximum Multiplier x10 2000
    Processor Maximum Voltage 1.45
    Multiplier/Voltage Change Auto
Processor Multiplier Cant see due to above
Processor Voltage Cant see due to above

    Memory Clock 200mhz (ddr400)
    Flexibility Option Enabled
    Bank interleaver Auto
    CAS Latency (CL) 2.5

    All other memory to auto

    Chip config

    AGP aperature 128
    AGP datawrite 8x
    Fast write disabled
    prim graphics AGP
    CPU-NB link speed auto
    CPU-NB link width auto

All other bits are set to auto

    Cheers

Slightly confused because you have the CPU Frequency (MHz) @250 with Memory Clock @200mhz (ddr400) - that should mean that your RAM is running at DDR500 which would surprise me with what you have.

It's on the 133 (DDR266) divider then so you are good to go further on the CPU frequency.
You will find if you are using a stock Asrock BIOS that ~274 the board won't boot but there are modded BIOS that remove that restriction.

Btw you should update your CPU-Z version.
