oppy 170 + asus sli premium advise

Ok, i finally got my oppy 170 ultra sexy dual core, this my spec.

256MB EVGA 7800GT CO PCI-E
ASUS A8N -SLI PREMIUM
Corsair Tx PRO 2048mb 3200 C2
ZALMAN CNPS9500 P4/AMD COOLER
250G MAXTOR SATA II 7L250SO HD
OPTERON 170 DUAL CORE
ANTEC P160 CASE

OK so i built it with no probs and it runs very nicely.

what sort of speeds do people recommend with these systems im hearing 2.4-2.8 would be a good speed to achieve, any advise on what to change in the settings? anything i should be careful of?

wot benchmark proggys are best to get the best results? im already running 3d benchmark and aquamark and just downloaded amd Nbench, im looking for summit to run overnight that will test and tell me how far i go with it.

Run mine stock volts at 2.6 1:1 with my Ballistix at 3,3,3,7 so an FX60 basically

You will probably have to run yours on a divider with your ram but it won't do it any harm.. find the fastest timings that it will do at 200 tehn clock your processor from there so set the timmings then try the 333, or 266 divider and clock it as close to 200 as possible for the most stable high bandwidth OC

They will go higher but the extra volts to stabilise means more heat which IMO is not worth it when it is fast enough at stock
