Gah! Watercooling Help needed

So, after replacing all my pipes and cleaning everything out (flushed rad through twice, opened and cleaned all blocks + pump replaced pipes, had a nasty algae problem.) Put everything back together, and rather annoyingly i was getting cpu temps in the 60 degree region. Needless to say i wasnt chuffed. No problem says I, its just a bad mount (the gpu temps were fine) So having just pulled everything out (and i mean everything, i really should fasten the plate to the motherboard, it would make life so much easier). And remounted ive still got the same problem.

Anyone got any suggestions that dont involve bleeding the entire thing? Im thinking its probably an airlock somewhere, but then im a bit worried as to why the gpu temps would be ok.

Before anyone asks im relatively confident its making good contact now, as the cpu block is getting pretty damn warm.

my first thought was air traped in the water block or rad have a go at tilting and slightly tapping the rad to see if you can remove any airlocks.

Or most likely bad temp sensor. Get yourself a temp probe if your that botherd with temps.

Think ive solved my own problem, when i put the cpu block back together, i dont remember checking if the out hole on the top piece was aligned with the one on the middle piece. So, sods law being what it is, it wont be. Woo! Bleeding the system then another day with no machine while it leak tests!!!

Nah, i dont think removing and remounting a heatsink would make it go from 32 degrees (before) to 65 (after).
