sd31P win xp pro x64 can not find hdd during installation

Had serious trouble upgrading bios to handle the Pendium D 940, 3,2 GHz to. But now I have gotten over it..
New problem at once... no harddrive found by XP Pro x64. It is a Maxtor Diamondmax 11 400GB Sata300 7200RPM 16MB. I can not see any problem in Bios, its found and if I try to install normal xp professional there is no problem.. Help anyone?

You may need to put the drive controller drivers onto a floppy disk and press F6 at the start of the setup program to install them.

I do that, also set bios to raid, even downloaded the newest driver from intel after no result with the one following the mainboard..
Fail with newest from intel to..
