ATX HTPC case with room for H2O

without insane modding or external components, is there such a thing?
I have my multimedia PC, I'd like to put it in a HTPC case like the many Silverstone ones, with possibility of mounting the rad in the roof of the case, and pump/res somewhere (I'd only have 1 hdd and 1 optical).

I do know that several people have managed to fit water cooling kits in Aspire Qpacks but this is hardly a HTPC case.
