    Unhappy Computer dead?

    I have a Pentium celeron.
Once when i switched off and switched on. There was no response. Even the BIOS didn't load.
So, i suspected RAM and removed them and switched the computer again. But its the same n i didnt beep!

While opening the CPU, i noticed that the fan was misplaced.
Would it be because the processor is gone or something else?
Can it be coz of the BIOS?
Do i need to reset something ?
Is there any other way by which i can confirm processor's status?

    somebody plz help!
