    Saitek PC gaming mouse

Has anyone had any experience with this mouse for gaming - is it any good? can anyone recommend it or otherwise because for the price it appears to be very good.

    Thanks

i had one not so long ago it was a good mouse helped a lot in gaming but i had to get rid of it as the left mouse button kept sticking, on i tried taking it apart and cleaning it but it did not help!

i dont know if this is a problem with all of them or just mine if it was just mine i can highly recommend one for the money!

i have now got a logitech mx518 and its brilliant and if you can afford to spend the extra £15 i would say get the mx518 instead!

Just posted in the other thread too. I've looked about in mouse reviews for a few days now, and have come to the conclusion that the MX518 is the best to go for. I've just ordered it from scan at roughly £32, so like leeglf said it is double the price of the Saitek. Depends if you're willing to pay for the quality I suppose.

I have the idea that if you're going to get something, you may as well get it and know it's going to be good. I've not seen one bad review of the MX518 at all, and I've read loads. The only slightly bad thing is that it's not supposed to be brilliant for big hands, but so few people have mentioned this, I can't see it being a problem.

I've been using a wireless trust mouse up to now, and it feel quite heavey, which I don't think my hand likes that much, so I'm hoping the much lighter logitech will do the trick. Trust aren't exactly known for their gaming mice either .

ok thanks for that, i'll wait a while to get a new mouse, or at least untill i can get a reasonable amount saved up to buy a good one. I won't need a new mouse for oblivion so its not too urgent i get one.

    Thanks

    Andy
