    SN41G2 and Memory

    Hi there,

I've got a "simple" question related to the SN41G2... Would you go for 1 stick of 512MB (bearing in mind that another stick would probably be added in a near future ~ a few months) or go for 2x256MB straight away???

Will there be a big loss in performance from running 1 stick of 512MB in a SN41G2?

    Thanks for a reply.

    i have to second that
my sn41g2 has 1gb of twinmos ddr400 and i must say although there isnt realy a "huge" difference to my sk41g with 1gb of generic ddr266,a gig of ram in the sn41g2 becouse of its nforce2 board realy does ensure some dual channel goodness especially when u do alot of multitasking like burning a dvd whilst having a game of generals and numerous other applications & programs running, everythin just works that little bit faster an more fluidly than it does when i try the same on my sk41g!
