Asus Vintage AH1 S939 Barebone System

Opinions?

Thinking of putting together a Win2K3 SBE server (from my Action Pack licences) for Exchange and Slimserver. As well as using it for network storage and DVD compression when idle.

Other parts include:
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ S939 "Winchester" 512kb OEM
1Gb Corsair Value Select PC3200 DDR non ECC Lifetime Warranty
XFX REVO 64 SPU 3 Port SATA Raid Card (adding a second one later)
JJ Black SNT-2131 3 Bay SATA Hot Swap Rack fits into 2x5.25" Bays

and a few 400gig or 500gig drives. With the hot swap rack i can squeeze up to 8 drives into the case.

I thought of going with the S754 based system, but i like the idea of going dual core sometime in the future when the prices are more reasonable.
