    Another RAM Question..

    Am i best off, having 2x512 running dual channel, or 2x512 and 2x256??

    hardest system muncher i use is bf2 if that helps

    Would reccomend going for 2x512Mb option over using all 4 memory slots

    For bf2 it would be better to stretch to 2 x 1Gb for smoother game play.

    In that case putting all the ram in would drop you to 2t command but give you 1.5 gb which would probably be smoother in bf2 than just 1 gb. If you've already got the memory why not give it a try and report back on which works the best.
