OC and Score

Iv got my new 1700+ JIUHB DLT3C 0308 spmw now but it only dose 2.4Ghz @ 1.8V 200@12 i can run it @ 200@12.5 @1.93V but even then it fails prime my cooler is an SLK-900 with Delta Screemer and temps max out @ 40.5C on the 2.5Ghz or 36C at 2.4Ghz i get

But i want it running stable at 2.5Ghz how can i get this please? (The owner b4 had it at this)

Also iv got my Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB Max it will clock to is

Core:420.75Mhz
Mem:366.75Mhz

however i have seen most 9700 Pros clocking higer than this what can i do please? thanks

i know that score that i have the screanshot of was done at 420/375(750) the only other thing that i can think might of been diff was that my ram that was set at 2-2-2-4
