    what ram for a Leadtek nForce2 Ultra400

    as title want 1Gb of ram in 2 512mb stick so what would be the best ram to get i dont mind spending the money.

    Corsair XMS3500 if you have the money.... its never done me wrong

    Others like twinmos w/ winbond chips (ones with winbond clock better )

    yes, but your going to need some serious cooling on your northbridge and prehaps some volt mods to have a chance of getting your board to fun at 250fsb to go with it, i'd suggest something that is guaranteed with a slightly lower clock but with tighter timings, like mushkin pc3500 level 2.
