You need to post again, be more specific about what internals matter, what you want to achieve, and any specific programs or games that you want to use.

Also post if you want the budget to include Windows, keyboard & mouse, monitor, speakers etc or literally just a case and internals.

Do you want to turn it and go, or do you want the ability to tweak (either now or in the future)?

A quick go with Komplett's PC Builder gave me this setup:

    NorthQ 4775-400, ATX 400W Silent, 140mm
    Corsair Value S. PC3200 DDR-DIMM 1024MB
POINT OF VIEW GeForce 6800GS 256MB
    Antec Performance One P180 Miditower,
Sony Floppy Drive, 3,5" 1,44MB Black
    EPoX EP-9NPA7I, nForce4-4x, Socket-939
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ 2.0GHz Socket 939
    Samsung SpinPoint P120S 250GB SATA2
    NEC DVD±RW burner, ND-3550A, 16x,

Also includes Windows XP Home SP2. Total = £814.95 which is clearly above your budget, but there you go.

Other than that, you could try Mesh which gives you this system that might be more what you want and certainly more in your budget, after delivery will be about £700 but I wouldn't call the graphics card cutting edge. Still, it might meet your needs.

If you drop the P180 with something a bit less fancy, then it'll get closer to the budget.

That said, I've not heard of that PSU before.
