Can anyone tell me whether the following are ok under load (95% cpu usage):
5v = 4.98
3.3v = 3.21
12v = 11.8
All readings taken from Winbond Hardware Monitor, thanks for any help guys.

The best time to take a reading would be when you are playing a high intensity game too, as my 5v rail drops from 4.99 to 4.82 when I play something like Max Payne 2.
Those readings are safe, but I would start to get worried it they dropped any more. So if you are going to expand at all then I would recommend buying a new PSU. The best ones currently seem to be the Atec Truepower series, as High wattage output doesn't always seem to equal good rails.

:) They are a little low but still in spec, it's better to be a little over than under. As said most good brand's 350W PSUs would be better but if your system is stable I really wouldn't worry. As a side note, how are you finding that NEC DVD_RW?

Austin, to be honest I can't fault my NEC except that it REALLY DOES NOT LIKE CHEAP MEDIA (like Princo etc). Otherwise its great, I only payed £86 from ebuyer about a month ago.
Those Rails don't look bad imo mate, Just like to say nice OC on that system too.
That Geil Memory doing well for you?, considuring some myself for my system. You'd say its a worthwile purchase?.

I would expect those readings to be from the onboard sensors?
If so - TOTALLY disregard them as there nearly allways inaccurate, your best bet is to get a multimeter onto the rails, you can access 12v easy, 5v easy, 3.3 is a little more fiddily!
If you want to buy one, I got one for a bargain price of £5 from Maplins. Its one of the typical yellow ones, but does the job well ;)Quote:

:cool: Sorry about that. TiG Geil had a bad start with much of their RAM, I wouldn't trust it myself but I suppose OCZ had a bad patch a little while ago too and now many swear by them. I'd stick to TWinMOS (pref with Winbond) or Crucial/Adata myself.
:D I largely agree with unrealrocks, onboard sensors are all only approximate but should be more than adequate as a decent guide.
