good (non-SLi) 939 motherboard? uATX okay?

I'm thinking about updating my pc, but there's no way I'm going the SLi route so I thought I might be able to save a bit on the motherboard ... seems the nonSLi 939 mobo are largely around the £50-£65 mark while the SLi boards are closer to £100-£130. What I wanted to find out about was whether there's more to the SLi boards price than, well, the SLi bit? Am I likely to miss out on other features if I get a non-SLi mobo?

The other thing I was wondering was whether uATX boards are likely to perform as well as ATX boards? Assuming you don't require the extra PCI/PCIe slots that is? I was thinking I might update my SoA pc to a 939 uATX solution that could become a HTPC in 6 months time you see...

Yep, most likely you miss out SATA 3Gbs. The Biostar T-force is a uATX and it kicks ass

SATA300 is a myth anyway, the disks won't be able to punt out that sort of performance even if their bus can.
