Duron 850 MHZ Proc

I may not have looked in the right place as I am a bit of a Noobie. But does anyone know if an AMD Duron 850 MHZ Proc, would be ok to fit in a GA-5AX[Rev 5.x ] Motherboard.
I am not sure if this MB only excepts up to K6-111 550 MHZ.

Any advice would be appreciated.

GA-5AX is Socket 7. Duron is Socket A.

and either way, try a hardware-related area rather than the "welcome" area
