Depends on what you are doing with it....

High resolutions with AA turned on, you wont beat an X1900XTX.

Lower resolution and little/no AA......you have quite a choice.

I'm running at dual 1920x1200 (3840x1200) and want everything looking as good as possible!

    But ...

I thought that the X1900XT-X is two-slots so not very useful for me and was wondering about the single-slot cooled gfx cards. Is the 7900GT single-slot? How does it fare against the 7800GTX?

    Thanks,

    ShMeE

Similar at stock.. better at overclock.. the new 7900GT chip is 24 pipes and does 530ish no problem.. memory should clock much higher than those of the old skool 7800GTX..
    Me want Ultrabook

I would be looking at either the X1900 AIW or the 7900GT both are pretty good cards, obviously the X1900 is faster but... its your choice
