SN41G2 Reboots Randomly
I though that I should start a new thread since the other one I made was mentioning other types of problems (much more gfx realted) please check it out if you can help me.
Back to my reboot problem...
My specs: XP2600, 2x256 TwinMOS PC2700, SN41G2, WinXP+SP1
So, the system keeps rebooting randomly while being under windows. Since the red overheating led doesn't light up, I think that the reboots are not linked to the cpu overheating. Mbm5 is also at around 44C most of the time and goes up to 46C - 47C sometimes.
I also remember that people had some problems with the PSU before.... but I cannot recall properly what it was. Anyway, on my PSU it's written "Enhanced electronics co ltd" Is that the good one? or the source of reboots?
help please. tia

After some research on the web I found that the Enhance PSU that I have is the new one that Shuttle bundles with the SN41G2... Now, I think that it might not be the problem...
Have I done something wrong in the BIOS? The Shuttle doesn't seem to overheat (no red light flashing)... It's just some random reboots.
I'm really confused... any ideas?

Before I bought my shuttle loads of ppl were commenting on the onboard gfx not liking certain types of ram, ahve u tried an external GFX card to take that out of the equation?

I haven't tried any gfx card... I don't have any. I've been with laptops for a while now and the only gfx card (agp) I have is very old... an ATI Rage II C, if I can recall correctly. I don't think it's worth trying that (unfortunatelly)...

Its worth tryin IMO just to prove its not the onboard GFX...

Bought some samsung 333 ddr and it solved the problems. The TwinMOS sticks were causing the random reboots. Nice little shuttle working fine :)
