As long as the graphics card you chose is AGP, then yes, it will work.
There is almost never a good reason however to buy PC2700 (DDR333) memory instead of PC3200 (DDR400) memory, unless you are really, really, really certain that you will a) never overclock and b) never upgrade. The PC3200 will cost the same (in fact a quick Scan check shows it is cheaper) and be fully compatible.
Edit: That PC3200 is in fact even cheaper, as it's on Today Only. £22.03 is silly money!

Infact if you hadn't have changed the RAM then the PC wouldn't boot as the motherboard clearly states DDR400... nice budget PC there tbh.
