Well, I just did a rebuild for a guy at work using the K7VT4A Pro ATX, and found it to be a pleasant board to work with, reasonably laid out, no problems setting it up. I'm not wild on SIS chipset boards, and unless you HAVE to have microATX due to the case you're fitting it in, I can't see any argument for the K7S41GX.

If you really need on board vga go for the k7s41gx otherwise the k7vt4A.
