I am no expert, but I would say around 200-300 for the desktop

and same value for the laptop.

if someone could advice, since I might be wrong

I'm not going to be so optimistic to be honest.. you're probably looking at £150-130 (at best) just for the fact that its a S478 Celeron... The hard disk is probably the ones that worth the most.. but not that £100 extra really..

The lappy would probably go for about £150-200.. 1.2Ghz P3 are getting really rare nowadays

yep, i'd agree more with sawyen's prices. Blame Dell for their mega deals, remember you will be competing with comparable/better systems with TFT's and printers for ridiculously low costs, and it will be new, with warranty - that goes a long way.

I'd say Sawyen's prices are the sort of thing you can expect to sell consistently for, though I'd be more optimistic due to the XPhome+pro originals with actual disks. If someone offers you £300 take the money and run fast laptop might fetch £200 and a bit though. £200 apiece would be nice but don't be disappointed if you don't get it!

I'd track a couple of similar systems on ebay for a week until they end and see what they go for there. That usually gives you the upper limits of online sales. If you can sell them on a uni campus or something you're more likely to get the higher prices as long as you're not selling to CSeng students.

If someone offers you £300, check to see if the money's a counterfeit..

Better get into the oval and get yourself some running shoes..
