How can I check if my mem is running at dual channel.

Ok this may sound pretty dumb, but I can't seem to figure out if my mem is running at dual channel and at pc3200 speeds.

    MSI K8N Neo4-F

    Patriot 2GB PC3200

I can't seem to find anything in the bios indicating whether or not its actually running in dual channel. I can't find anything on SiSoftware Sandra that tells me either. How can I check. Also how can I make sure its running at PC3200 speeds because a lot of people had mentioned that this mobo has problems. There are 4 slots and if you want to use dual channel, according to the mobo manual put in slot 1 and 3 but they were saying that it likes to slow the memory down to pc2700 speeds if you do that in dual channel but if you put it in slots 1 and 2 it will run it dual channel at pc3200. Any suggestions on how I can check this? There is 1 line on the SiSoftware Sandra thing that says

    Memory Bus Speed 2x 205MHz(410MHz)

Is this accurately reporting that the mem is at the pc3200 speed and the 2x is because its ddr?
