    VERSATILE FRONT-PANEL DISPLAY(VFD) question

Hello. I am quite new in the shuttle world, i have my SD83G5M for 3 days now and all is working fine, except for the VFD. It can only show the time and the system info it the XPC tools are running, I cannot manage to make it show the Media center info. Is there a program that must be installed in order for this function to work? It will be great to see the MCE info on the display in my PC as well.

    Regards

I assume you mean the SB83G5M? Have you tried it without the XPC tools running? It might be that it overrides something. I know some shuttle media centre things came without drivers for MCE and the display only worked with the propriwtary shuttle software. Is absolutely everything from the CD installed? are there any unknown devices showing in device manager?

    Display

    thanks for the answer.
The thing is that i bought the PC used from a friend and i did not get the CD. I tried using the PC without the tools and the only thing on the display is the standard text.
I do not have any unknown devices on the device manager though....Anybody knowes what program from the CD i need, and maybe where i can download it?

    Regards
