    Unhappy is Intel 651 65nm CedarMill i915G compatible???

    Hello,
    I have just received a Shuttle SB86i (i915G chipset), according to Intel the 651 3.4Ghz 65nm CedarMill proc. is compatible with i915 chipset but I have seen several posts about problems with 65nm proc. and i915 chipset.

    Is it needed a BIOS update? or something...I need to know, I have ordered an Intel 651 yesterday...

    I would try updating the bios from XPC-Bios and see if that helps it recognize the processor.
