Go for the Twinmos m8, you get 1 gig and pretty much guaranteed performance.
I've got Corsair XMS3500 in my Abit NF7-S with a Barton 2500 and i'm having trouble attaining a stable overclock with 200fsb (11x200) even though it's rated at 217fsb.
I've heard really good reports about the Twinmoss stuff with NF7-S boards, was even thinking of getting some myself too

i would definitly go for the twinmos.

I am a big corsair fan, having over 2gb of the stuff, but i didnt like the valueselect.

Twinmos is very reliable, cheaper and is killer in the abit nf7 motherboards.
