    Palmtop?

I have severe dyslexia. As such i get certain amount of money from my LEA to help be study at uni, including possable a palmtop, but possably not a laptop.
    - What i was wondering is what would you acctually USE a palmtop for?
    - I just can imagine it fitting into my life, as i use my PC/phone for everthing i think i need to do! And £200 is too much to just sit of the shelf gathering dust!

The model i would be geting (very little choise here) is the Palm Tungsten E2.

Typing documents whilst you're not at home, browsing on public wireless connections. Playing solitaire . And various other things, I would definitely go for it

if its free then go for it, if you can spend the money on something else then maybe not so much. How dyslexic are you? The palm input method would involve you basically learning a new alphabet and spelling words a character at a time. My sister is dyslexic and theres no way she could use one, even thoug its not very severe.
