The ram is running at stock timings (with the exception of the dram freq obviously)
just wondering if anyone had any suggestions to get this up to 2.4ghz... I'm fairly new to AMD64 overclocking (and ocing in general)

Looks pretty good to me. Is that prime stable?
My winchester 3000+ required a small increase in voltage to 1.425v to get it stable at 2.4GHz (9x267) so give that a try.
Yeah, that's prime stable (tested for about 10 hours)
The voltage is at 1.425v although CPU-Z doesn't detect it for some reason (it can be seen both in the bios and on speedfan though)
Edit: err, 1.45 sorry... need to lower that hehe :)
Give it a little more push :) But I think your ram is limiting you.
My winchester easily reach 2.7Ghz on 1.475V (1.45V real)
Are you running on a divider? If not, do it!
Can't find anything in the bios about dividers (though I'm still new to AMD64 over clocking!) the ram is running at DDR333 instead of DDR400 to bring the frequency closer to the 200mhz mark - is this the divider you are meaning?
