Ordering from Asus...?

I've got a couple of Asus motherboards neither of which have the I/O shield. In the past I've noticed people saying you can get missing parts direct form Asus, so my question is how would I go about this?

I've looked through the Asus site and can't find any info and I've even contacted them through the only means I could find, the technical query form, but I'm not getting anywhere.
I noticed the US site has an estore which sells all accessories etc direct - anything similar for UK?
