    Which Steppings for a 4400+ X2??

Im going to be looking for an Athlon 4400+ X2 in the next week but i was wondering what was the best steppings to go for with this chips to acheive the highest clocks?

If anyone that has one could post their acheived clocks, and the steppings on their 4400s that would be great!

Im going to be looking to see how my watercooling performs on this as i havent oc'd yet and ive been hearing good reports.

Does anyone know how the 170 performs compared to the 4400+?

Ive seen one going on ebay and the stepping for the 170 will let it go up to 3ghz.

Mine's 0547TPMW, clocks happily up to 2.6 on stock voltage and minimal air-cooling (SI-120 w/5V 120mm fan - runs perfectly happily at round about 52C under dual-Prime).

I'm sure it could go higher with a bit extra voltage, but as I don't have a great range of voltages to choose from on my board, and 2.6 is perfectly good enough for me, I haven't really tried.

Not much help really then. Sorry .
