I had the Neo-2 FIS2R (now deceased) and it ran stable at 250Mhz FSB for nigh on 2 years, and it was rock solid, so the answer from me is, good enough.
3.0 gig northwood
My 3.2 northwood would hit around 3.55, with no over volting. Still got it here infact - great chipset that.

not bad for only £29.99 inc vat
no driver or anything bundled thought but they would make good servers or cheap boxes
