    Shuttle XPC's Power up Problem

I have a SB77G5 on power up,doesn't boot to OS, POST or Bios. ICE fan runs full speed, no video. changed out PS to antec 380w to test, nothing. Suspect mobo, took out ram and powered it up, same results, no error beeps. Tried transfering data to a SB51G2 using Ghost, successful, worked for an hour, shut down to install agp video and the same results are now happening to the other Shuttle. Same troubleshooting done as first with same results. Waiting on response from shuttle. Any help?

I had a similar problem. Turned out ot be a bad memory stick. Took it out and it fixed the problem.
