    *^*OVERCLOCKiNG iSSUES*^*

    Im trying to clock my p4 prescott 3.0ghz to 3.2ghz. Now I did acheive this before whent pc was housed in its old case. Since then I have bought a new case, cooler, dvd-burner. Now when i ttry to oc, the system crashes after a few minutes of booting windows.

    I got an MSI 915g Neo2 Platinum motherboard, samsung ddr2 ram, the above chip, artic cooler pro 7, winxp sp2.

    Also, is it possible to unlock my cpu lock on the mobo ?

    dunno why you would have an OC issue considering to get that chip to 3.2 you only need to increase the FSB by 20, i got my 3.2 at 3.6 without issues, but back at stock during the hotter months
